Private Health Funds – I have a provider number for various funds. If you have private health insurance, please check with your fund if you are covered for counselling services. I can provide an invoice to present to your fund to obtain a rebate following your session.
Carer Gateway service – if you are a carer you may be eligible to receive a certain number of subsidised sessions. Please contact me to discuss this further.
Please note, Counsellors and Psychotherapists cannot offer Medicare rebates.

Sessions are 50 minutes.

Telehealth
Services
If you are not able to attend sessions in person, I offer Telehealth sessions via phone or video call.
We can discuss which option works best for you.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. I appreciate that unexpected circumstances arise where you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment.
However, if you cancel at very short notice or fail to attend your session you may be required to pay the full fee.

Street parking is limited and has parking meters. There are carparks close by that charge hourly rates.
